SHIPPING (USA) 

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

We know how important it is to have your packages arrive in time for the holidays. 

Please note the shipping dates below and be aware that orders placed after these dates will arrive after 12/25.

Last day to order and get it by Christmas (December 25th): 

Standard Shipping - Tuesday Dec 12th

Express Shipping - Thursday Dec 14th

UPS Overnight - Wednesday Dec 20th

All international orders - Tuesday Dec 12th

 

Shipping can get complicated, so we’ve taken the guesswork out of it. Pick your desired shipping method at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest! Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a link to watch its progress, so you’ll know exactly when it will show up at your door. If you pay with Shop Pay, you can sign up for SMS notifications as well. 

 

Shipping Speed Options:

Standard Shipping: 4 - 7 business days via DHL or USPS

Express Shipping: 2 - 3 business days via DHL, UPS or USPS

UPS Overnight (Monday - Thursday): If your order is placed before 9am PST , you can expect delivery the next day via UPS. Your order may ship the following day if placed after 9am PST. 

UPS Overnight (Friday): If you place an overnight order on a Friday after 9am PST, it will not ship until the following Monday with an expected delivery date of Tuesday. 

UPS Overnight (Saturday - Sunday): All orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped by the following Monday. 

Please note: the estimated delivery date is not a guarantee. We’ve streamlined our shipping process to make sure we’re doing everything we can to meet expectations, but, well, sometimes things happen! Don’t worry- if we have to make any changes to your order or your shipping, you’ll be notified right away. 

  

LOVE AT FIRST WEAR GUARANTEE

Is this your first underwear order with us? Don’t start an online return until you read this!

Try on your first pair of TomboyX underwear risk-free to find your perfect fit. If you don’t love your first pair, let us know within 45 days by emailing help@tomboyx.com and we’ll either refund you or provide store credit- no return necessary! 

Applies to all individual pairs of underwear. Does not apply to apparel, bras, or swimwear.

RETURNS 

We can only make changes to an order within one hour after it’s placed, so please make sure you put in the correct shipping address before you submit your order. Seriously. Shipping companies tend not to be flexible about this stuff.

Purchasing a gift? 

Be sure to create a gift receipt  you can email to the gift recipient, or print and include with the gift, in case they need to return it. 

Extended Returns

If you placed your order between November 1st and December 29th, you'll have until 11:59pm PST on January 31st, 2023 to create a return/exchange. After submitting a return, you'll have 30 days to send the item(s) back to us.

You will need the TomboyX order number (beginning with TBX) and the shipping address zip code or purchaser’s email address or a gift receipt.

 

Here’s how to return your TomboyX gear:

  • Your first pair of TomboyX underwear is covered under our Love at First Wear Guarantee (see above).

  • After that, returns and exchanges for any item are accepted within 30 days after we fulfill your order if they are unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging.

  • Underwear items must also be unworn in order to be eligible for return or exchange.

  • All other items; bras, swimwear, loungewear, can be tried on and are eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is scanned in by the carrier and on its way back to us, we’ll automatically issue your refund, store credit or send your exchange order to you.

EXCHANGES

Here's how to exchange your TomboyX gear:

  • Click the button below to either select a new size or apply the cost of your item toward a new purchase on our site!

  • Exchanges for any item are accepted within 30 days after we fulfill your order if they are unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging.

  • Underwear items must also be unworn in order to be eligible for return or exchange.

  • All other items; bras, swimwear, loungewear, can be tried on and are eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is scanned in by the carrier and on its way back to us, we’ll automatically send out your new items.

If this is your first order, STOP HERE! To use Love at First Wear, send us an email to help@tomboyx.com. If you initiate a return, we will be unable to honor this guarantee!

FAQ

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We are proud to offer digital gift cards in several different amounts all year round. 

Once your digital gift card is purchased, a gift card code will be sent to the email address used for purchase. From there, you can forward it along to your lucky recipient, or print and hand deliver it. We currently don't offer physical gift cards in an effort to reduce waste.

*Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We are pleased to be able to offer gift wrap as an option available at checkout. Please allow an extra 24 hours for us to wrap and pack your gift up before shipping. Limit one per order, all items will be wrapped together. 

 If you have items that need to be wrapped separately, please create separate order(s) and add the gift wrap option to each.

How do I try on my underwear?

We are unable to accept underwear returns that have been worn, so please take care to try on your undies over another garment.

Do I have to pay for my return?

We are more than happy to cover the cost to ship your items back to us! it’s as easy as printing your pre-paid shipping label and sending your item(s) back.

How soon will I receive my refund or store credit? 

As soon as your return is scanned in by the carrier and on its way back to us, we will automatically issue your refund or store credit.

What if I need to make a change to my order?
