Compression Top Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of TomboyX and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. How to Enter: Participants can enter the giveaway by doing all of the following: Liking the Compression Giveaway Post on Instagram, following @tomboyx and @jangoxjang on Instagram, tag a friend in the comments, and bonus entry can be done by sharing the post to your Instagram stories.
  3. Entry Deadline: The giveaway begins on 6/1/24 and ends on 6/10/24. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the end date to be eligible for consideration.
  4. Prizes: Three lucky winners will receive three TomboyX Compression Tops of their choice.
  5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a randomized drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of TomboyX, whose decision is final and binding.
  6. Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within three (3) days following the end of the giveaway. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, another winner may be selected.
  7. General Conditions: TomboyX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of TomboyX, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
