We know that getting you the perfect pair of comfy undies is an urgent matter. Here’s how we make sure your TomboyX gear gets to you as quickly and efficiently as possible:

Orders in the US 

Shipping can get complicated, so we’ve taken the guesswork out of it. Pick your desired delivery date at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest! Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a link to watch its progress, so you’ll know exactly when it will show up at your door. 

Please note: the estimated delivery date is not a guarantee. We’ve streamlined our shipping process to make sure we’re doing everything we can to meet expectations, but, well, sometimes things happen! Don’t worry- if we have to make any changes to your order or your shipping, you’ll be notified right away. 

 

International Orders

Yes, we ship internationally- if you don't see shipping options at checkout for your country, let us know and we can add it to our list! Just send us an email to help@tomboyx.com.

Here’s the deal: duties are required to be paid at the time the order is placed. This is to ensure the lowest possible cost to you, and to make delivery as seamless as possible.

Please allow 2-3 weeks ship time for non-express orders 

 

FAQ

 My tracking info hasn’t updated in a few days. Where’s my order?
    • If your tracking info hasn’t been updated in 3 business days, shoot an email over to help@tomboyx.com
My order was marked as delivered, but I don’t see it! 
    • We ask that you allow 2-3 business days once your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier. With the increased strain on shipping companies, we’ve seen an increase in reports of packages being marked “delivered” and showing up a few days later due to carrier issues. It may also have been delivered incorrectly, to a neighbor or someone else in your household. If you still haven’t received it after 2-3 business days, reach out to help@tomboyx.com and we’ll investigate! 
Can I change my shipping address?
    • We are typically able to make changes to an order within 12 hours. Reach out to our customer support team at help@tomboyx.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you- but please note that if your order has already shipped, we aren’t able to make any adjustments. 
Do you provide discreet packaging? 
    • Yes! You can select “Plain Packaging” at checkout, or include it in your cart as a separate item. Your order will arrive in a plain shipping bag without the TomboyX logo on it.
Can I change the items in my order?

Where do you ship from? 
    • We ship from our fulfillment center in Nevada, Monday-Friday from 7am - 2pm PST
How will my order ship? 
    • We use various carriers to get your TomboyX to you. Most orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. At times this may vary in order to get your order to you sooner.
