In addition to using the highest in quality for fabric and thread, all underwear are pre-washed, which helps avoid any shrinkage problems.​

Our products are made in LA, Vancouver BC, and China. We are committed to the highest quality, ethically sourced product available. We personally visit each factory regularly to ensure they meet our high standards.

This standard ensures that our fabrics pose no risk to human health. That means our fabric is tested for a lengthy list of chemicals that are known or suspected to be harmful to your health (think lead, antimony, arsenic, pesticides heavy metals, etc.). The standard also requires fabrics to have a skin friendly pH. The gist is your Tomboys are always going to feel super smooth against your skin.

For US, it’s typically 5-7 business days. But we have options, folks! A few of our US shipping options are Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, Ground, and FREE (w/ $75+ orders). Rome wasn’t built in a day. Neither were our underwear. We take the time to make sure we’re proud of the final product and, even more, you’re proud to wear them.

Ethically Produced
We work to end the destructive cycle known as “fast fashion.” This mass production style can result in bad working conditions and low pay. We choose to work with facilities that maintain fair wages and safe environments for their employees. We personally visit each factory regularly to ensure they meet our high standards.

Quality Driven
Sourcing materials is a full time job. In fact, it’s currently two full time jobs for us. Ensuring that you’re going to love that soft 95% cotton, 5% spandex blend and our famous elastic that you didn’t even know you needed is a priority we don’t take lightly. The waistband alone took several months to find a vendor who could deliver our vision of quality and comfort!

Design Forward
We’re a group of perfectionists for better or for worse (we think for better). We design and redesign until we get it right. Our product team is on an endless mission to look for aspects of our underwear that can be improved whether that be the materials, the factories, or the design itself.

Your Comfort
Our underwear is fit tested on all body types, size XS-4X. We have dedicated Tomboys join us in our warehouse when we get our first samples of a new design. They try it on and offer candid opinions on everything -- the fit, the design, how they feel, how it would work in their everyday lives. Our product team turns that feedback into another iteration and the fit test cycle begins again and again until we’re satisfied it meets our standards.
