Favorite Underwear: Iconic Briefs
I love the style and quality of Tomboy X underwear, but finding these products really means more to me than just clothes. It's about identity too. When I was in my teens I came out as lesbian, but I seemed to come out in a time and place that was rejecting what was characterised as "butch stereotypes". I felt I had to conform to being a particular type of lesbian to be accepted, not too butch, at least in the crowd I first met. I felt like I was suppressing part of who I was. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I took testosterone for 11 years, had some breast surgery, and legally changed my gender to male.
Six years ago I stopped taking testosterone because I found that trying to live as a man was just as oppressive as trying to live as a woman. I feel I am neither, although that is not something that can easily be expressed socially and definitely not legally yet.
The point I want to make is that the Tomboy X underwear, as well as being exceptionally comfortable, good quality and gorgeous, is kind of helping me find my identity as a person who has a masculine female body and who feels so much love and respect and who is so connected to butch, or tomboy, or any strong, amazing, powerful women.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
