Points can be redeemed for gift cards by opening the TomboyX Rewards tab in the lower right corner of your screen. From your Rewards dashboard, click "Get Reward" under the reward you wish to redeem points for.

If you lose your code before checkout, you can access it any time by going to the “Get Rewards” tab in the Rewards widget. Simply scroll down to the “Your Rewards” section and click on the “View Reward” button next to the reward.

Points expire 12 months after purchase date. Points carried over from the previous program will expire on May 16, 2023.

Points earned will be awarded when your order is shipped and are based on the pre-tax, post-discount order total. 

Any points earned for the returned item(s) will be automatically deducted from your account balance. If you spend your points before the return is processed, you may end up with a negative point balance.

If you use a Rewards gift card on a returned order, the funds will be returned to the gift card and the gift card can be reused on your next order. You can view the gift card balance and code in the “Get Rewards” tab in the TomboyX Rewards widget, in the “Your Rewards” section.

Yes, but there is a time limit. Points will be awarded for any orders placed in the 30 days before joining.
