California Privacy Notice

Last updated: 3/9/2022

This California Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California. Consumers residing in California are afforded certain rights with respect to their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This Privacy Notice describes your CCPA rights and explains what information we collect from you and how we use that information. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

Your rights under the CCPA

You have the right to know what personal information has been collected about you, how it is used, and with whom it is shared. You also have the right to request more details about the personal information we collect and how and why we use and share it. In addition, you have the right to access that information free of charge or to have that information deleted under certain circumstances, subject to the restrictions provided by the CCPA. Finally, you have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

If you would like to exercise any of your California privacy rights, you can contact us using any of the contact methods provided below. We may require you to provide sufficient information to reasonably verify your identity prior to fulfilling a request to exercise your CCPA rights. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

Please keep in mind that the use of personal information may be required in order to provide you with certain services and that the deletion of information may limit our ability to provide these services to you. For example, if you request that we delete information about a purchase you made, we may not be able to process a return for that purchase.
