LOVE AT FIRST WEAR GUARANTEE:
We’ve worked hard to create a product that is of the highest quality and fit – for all types of bodies. We want you to be comfortable in your own skin. Try your first pair of underwear risk-free, and if you aren’t completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days. We will send a replacement size or style, or issue a full refund. No hassle, no need to return, no questions asked. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The Love At First Wear Guarantee only applies to the first pair of underwear you try on.
- As a small company with limited shipping options, we're only able to extend this offer to U.S. customers at this time. As we grow, we're hoping we can offer this to all our Tomboys across the world.
- With the exception of the Love at First Wear Guarantee, we only accept returns or exchanges on underwear which has not been removed from its original packaging.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All returned garments must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged and in their original packaging. Underwear must be un-opened in it's original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted for 30 days after the order is placed.
HOLIDAY RETURNS 2016:
To help with your holiday shopping, we extended our returns period for the holidays. Items purchased from from 11/15/2016 through 12/24/2016 (excluding Final Sale items) may be returned or exchanged for 90 days after the order is placed.
LET'S GET THAT RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOING...
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise in our warehouse, we will issue a refund or exchange within approximately 48 hours. Please allow for 10 business days to see returns reflected on your credit card statement. If you have any questions, feel free to email us email@example.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time (please email in the case of defective merchandise).
- Within Continental US:
- Flat shipping rate is $5.95, covering shipping and handling
- Orders received on business days by 10AM PST will ship same day
- Delivery is typically 3 - 7 business days
- Orders $75+ are FREE anywhere in the Continental US
- Can’t wait to get your order and want it ASAP? For US customers we offer two options for expedited delivery - USPS Priority or FedEx. Orders received before 1pm PST will ship for next business day delivery.
- Outside of USA: rates vary depending on the weight of the package & location and is totaled automatically during the checkout process. Customers should not be charged for customs or duties at time of delivery as of 1/12/17.
SHIPPING WITHIN CONTINENTAL US:
We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all domestic orders over $75.00. TomboyX understands getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. We appreciate your patience during long holidays as we won't be able to ship until the next business day. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. If you just can't wait that long, there are full service shipping options at check out so you can rock your new gear fast!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
We ship internationally via USPS, UPS & DHL. Buyer assumes all risk for any lost or stolen items once the Carrier has picked up the shipment from TomboyX.
PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS OF SHIPPING TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES.
All shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. These are now paid at the time of order. Customers should not be charged for customs or duties a time of delivery as of 1/12/2017.
We ship internationally to select countries. The purchaser assumes all risk for all orders once the postal carrier has picked up the shipment from TomboyX.
All shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by TomboyX.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. TomboyX will cover return shipping and exchanges for defective items.
