Shipping delays: what you need to know

 We want you to know that we are working hard to get orders out as soon as possible. We strive to provide you a great shopping experience, timely order processing and delivery, and amazing customer service. Unfortunately, during these unprecedented times, order processing and shipping have been met with delays. The good news is that we have selected amazing distribution partners who care for their employees and have taken steps to protect them during COVID-19. This means slowdowns are simply unavoidable to ensure the health and wellbeing of all team members. 

Here's what you need to know....


You will receive a Shipping Confirmation once your package leaves our warehouse with a tracking link for you to keep watch over the progress of your order. 


How fast your package will get to you depends on where you are, what shipping service is being used and what location-specific delays are affecting this. Your tracking link will show the most up to date information regarding your order. 


Unless it has been under 12 hours since you placed your order, there is no ability to change your address or change your order, even on our end. We will have to cancel the order for you to place the order again.
