Terms and conditions

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals in the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of tomboyx and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. How to Enter: Participants can enter the giveaway by commenting on the Giveaway Instagram post and tagging a friend.

  3. Entry Deadline: The giveaway begins on 3/20/25 and ends on 3/25/25. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the end date to be eligible for consideration.

  4. Prizes: Ten winners will receive a signed Shannon Beveridge boy short. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a randomized drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of tomboyx, whose decision is final and binding.

  6. Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or email within seven (7) days following the end of the giveaway. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, another winner may be selected.

  7. General Conditions: tomboyx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of tomboyx, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

  8. Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
