Message on the FDA's action on trans products

A message from our co-founder, Fran Dunaway

Hi there,

Last week I got word that the FDA sent us a warning letter. Turns out they targeted us, along with several other LGBTQ+ owned companies, for selling items they consider medical devices - in our case, compression tops!

I’m surprised and disappointed, to be sure. But the most important thing I want you to know is this: we are taking it seriously, have a team of trusted advisors, and we’re going to respond through the proper process — calmly, clearly, and on time.

So priority number one is simple: keep offering you the products you love within applicable regulatory requirements.

So hang in there — we’re in this for the long haul, and we’re going to meet it with clear eyes and a strong spine.

We deserve to exist, and our ability to keep building and thriving is part of how we protect our community.

Together, we win.
