The effect on our small business has been profound. Not only are we disappointing customers by not being able to have more boxer briefs on hand but as a result we are also losing significant revenue. We are now 3 weeks behind and have missed an opportunity to introduce new flannel pajama's for Valentine's Day. Watch King5 Seattle's report here.
